Project Managers:
- Ability to understand, manage and meet client expectations in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and at the appropriate level of quality.
- Manage a fair, competitive, well-scoped bid process.
- Provide the necessary project documentation and manage cost control.
- Completely understands the construction process.
- Ability to develop CPM project schedules.
- Good organization skills.
Project Superintendents:
We are looking for motivated individuals with a “can-do” attitude who possess the skill sets to effectively and efficiently provide on-site supervision for our construction projects. Included among those skill sets are the following:
- Ability to establish and maintain a productive and cooperative work environment for subcontractors.
- Ability to maintain a safe project site.
- Provide the necessary project documentation and manage cost control.
- Ability to meet project milestone and completion dates.
- Deliver a high quality product.
- Possesses an expeditious close-out process.
- Computer skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Completely understands the construction process.
Carpenter/Carpenter Foreman:
- Ability to manage small crews on jobsite.
- Able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and shop drawings.
- Proficient in all areas of rough and finish carpentry.
- Must have a basic understanding of MEP trades.
- Must be familiar with basic building codes and the inspection process.
- Proficient in the installation of doors, frames, and hardware.
- Fully capable of complete installation of acoustical ceilings.
- Fully capable of properly installing wood or metal framed walls to include the installation of gypsum wallboard.
- Capable of properly installing toilet partitions and accessories.
