Project Managers:

  • Ability to understand, manage and meet client expectations in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and at the appropriate level of quality.
  • Manage a fair, competitive, well-scoped bid process.
  • Provide the necessary project documentation and manage cost control.
  • Completely understands the construction process.
  • Ability to develop CPM project schedules.
  • Good organization skills.

Project Superintendents:

We are looking for motivated individuals with a “can-do” attitude who possess the skill sets to effectively and efficiently provide on-site supervision for our construction projects. Included among those skill sets are the following:

  • Ability to establish and maintain a productive and cooperative work environment for subcontractors.
  • Ability to maintain a safe project site.
  • Provide the necessary project documentation and manage cost control.
  • Ability to meet project milestone and completion dates.
  • Deliver a high quality product.
  • Possesses an expeditious close-out process.
  • Computer skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Completely understands the construction process.

Carpenter/Carpenter Foreman:

  • Ability to manage small crews on jobsite.
  • Able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and shop drawings.
  • Proficient in all areas of rough and finish carpentry.
  • Must have a basic understanding of MEP trades.
  • Must be familiar with basic building codes and the inspection process.
  • Proficient in the installation of doors, frames, and hardware.
  • Fully capable of complete installation of acoustical ceilings.
  • Fully capable of properly installing wood or metal framed walls to include the installation of gypsum wallboard.
  • Capable of properly installing toilet partitions and accessories.
