Working with your design team, assisting you in assembling your design team, or providing complete design/build services, we will bring our construction experience to bear on the preconstruction process. It is during this phase of a project where we can have the greatest impact on achieving your objectives for schedule, costs, quality, and long-term maintenance and operating issues. We also assist in coordinating and conducting your project through the labyrinth of governmental regulations, approvals and permits.
Project Management
The core business of our firm since its inception in 1995, Project Management is where we apply our combined experience and expertise to coordinate, manage and supervise your project's construction. The task of assembling a large team, many of whom have never worked together, to erect a building under sometimes adverse conditions - and to do so while achieving budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals - may seem daunting, and is certainly fraught with risk. It is here where our knowledge, experience and methods are applied to minimize the risk and to achieve the results for which we are known.
Construction Services
Ondra-Huyett also provides general contracting services for smaller construction projects and emergency construction situations. Our Construction Services firm is comprised of a staff of Project Managers and highly-skilled tradesmen that perform much of our work. This ensures that a high level of quality is delivered at an affordable cost. This is a service that not all construction companies offer - we make it available, however, because it allows us to be a more versatile and valuable resource to our clients while contributing to our overall depth and capabilities.
